ABUJA – THE leadership of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN has said that its planned strike expected to commence Thursday because of the alleged insensitivity of the Federal Government to resolve some issues affecting the oil and gas sector will be total.
